The 2023–24 EFL Championship (referred to as the Sky Bet Championship for sponsorship reasons) was the 8th season of the EFL Championship under its current title and the 32nd season under its current league division format.
The 2023–24 season is the 125th season of the English Football League (EFL) and the eighth season under that name after it was renamed from The Football League in 2016. For the 11th season, the league is sponsored by Sky Betting & Gaming and is therefore known as the Sky Bet EFL.

The play-offs began in each league with two semi-finals which were played over two legs. The teams who finished in 3rd to 6th place in the Championship and League One and the 4th to 7th-placed teams in League Two competed.
