My location services cannot be accessed .i cannot activate or deactivate my location services from the selection button.Its turned in grey color .so how can i solve this problem How can i access location services button to turn it on either off if the button is highlighted with grey shadow and i connot select ?

Control Center is a great place to start, but in looking at Settings > Control Center > Customize, I’m not seeing an option for Location Services.
Go to: Settings > General > Restrictions > Location Services > select Allow Changes. Note that it may not be possible to change the Restrictions setting if restrictions are enforced on your iPhone (via a configuration profile, mobile device management or Exchange policy). If so, contact your device administrator for help.
iPhone can’t allow Location Services for App My application uses iPhone's GPS functionality, and it was working fine previously, as in it prompts user to allow the use of location services and it shows up under Settings > Location Services list. I uninstalled and re-downloaded the app from the app store, but it no longer does either of them.
