Stanford women’s basketball coach Tara VanDerveer earned her 1,203rd career victory Sunday when the No. 6 Cardinal defeated Oregon State 65-56 at Maples Pavilion in Stanford, California.
VanDerveer is now the all-time winningest coach in Division I college basketball history with 1,203 career victories after surpassing legendary Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski’s record of 1,202.
