The 2024–25 Loyola Ramblers women's basketball team represents Loyola University Chicago during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Ramblers, led by third-year head coach Allison Guth, play their home games at the Joseph J. Gentile Arena in Chicago, Illinois as members of the Atlantic 10 Conference.

Loyola Chicago was a charter member of the Midwestern City Conference when it was established on June 16, 1979. The intercollegiate athletic circuit eventually rebranded twice, first as the Midwestern Collegiate Conference in 1985 and then the Horizon League on June 4, 2001. [ 5 ]
Samantha Jo Prudhomme (born October 25, 1993) is an American soccer coach and former professional player who is an assistant coach for the Loyola Greyhounds women's soccer team. [ 2 ] Prudhomme played as a goalkeeper for Reign FC , Washington Spirit , Houston Dash , and Boston Breakers in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
