The women's 3000 metres at the 2022 World Athletics U20 Championships was held at the Estadio Olímpico Pascual Guerrero on 1 August 2022. [ 1 ] Originally, 17 athletes from 11 countries entered to the competition, [ 2 ] [ 3 ] however, 15 of them competed.

Additionally, Kostadinova's championship record jump of 2.09 m was also the only time the world record has been broken at the World Athletics Championships.
