Rockport is a city and county seat of Aransas County, Texas, United States. The population was 10,070 at the 2020 census . Rockport is adjacent to the town of Fulton , and many refer to the combined communities as "Rockport-Fulton"; however, Rockport and Fulton are legally separate municipalities.

Holiday Beach is situated on the eastern shore of Copano Bay along State Highway 35 in Aransas County, approximately 11 miles (18 km) northeast of Rockport. [4]According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.9 square miles (4.9 km 2), of which 1.6 square miles (4.1 km 2) is land and 0.3 square miles (0.78 km 2) is water.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city of Aransas Pass has a total area of 135.6 km 2 (52.4 sq mi), of which 32.6 km 2 (12.6 sq mi) are land and 103.1 km 2 (39.8 sq mi) (75.99%) are covered by water.
