Stari Aerodrom (Montenegrin: Стари аеродром) is a neighbourhood in the city of Podgorica that borders the neighborhoods of Ribnica, Vrela Ribnička, Drač and Tuški put. The neighbourhood is located beside an old military airport, Ćemovsko Polje Airport , hence the name "Stari Aerodrom".
Located in the Ćemovsko polje, Konik is situated at the elevation of 29 meters.Territory of Konik is not clearly bordered, but, suburb is situated at the field between railway at the northwest, Ribnica river from the southeast, Cijevna river from the east, road Podgorica - Tuzi from the southeast and Boulevard between Konik and Stari Aerodrom from the south.
The first railway station in Podgorica was built in 1927 near the clock tower in the Stara Varoš (Old Town) part of the city, some 0.8 km (0.50 mi) away from the current station. The current station was built after World War II , and it was upgraded gradually to its current shape and capacity up until the 1970s.
Tivat Airport is located in the Mrčevac settlement, on the southern outskirts of Tivat urban area, 7 km (4 mi) from the Kotor city center, and 20 km (12 mi) north-west of Budva. The passenger terminal is served by Adriatic Highway ( E65 / E80 ).
Three out of four standard variants have the same set of 30 regular phonemes, so the Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian Latin and Serbian Cyrillic alphabets map one to one with one another and with the phoneme inventory, while Montenegrin alphabet has 32 regular phonemes, the additional two being Ś and Ź .
It is the largest and the busiest airport in Serbia, situated 18 km (11 mi) west of downtown Belgrade near the suburb of Surčin, surrounded by fertile lowlands. It is operated by French conglomerate Vinci Airports and it is named after Serbian-American inventor Nikola Tesla (1856–1943).
