Gerville Abanilla Reyes-Luistro (born 3 October 1975), also known as Jinky Bitrics Luistro or Bitrics, is a Filipino lawyer and politician serving as the representative of Batangas's 2nd congressional district since 2022.
Incumbent Raneo Abu is term limited. His daughter, Reina Abu is his party's nominee. Her opponents are former Presidential Anti-graft Commission Commissioner Nicasio Conti and Jinky Luistro, Municipal Administrator of Mabini and wife of incumbent Mabini Mayor Noel "Bitrics" Luistro.
It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Gerville Luistro of Lakas-CMD. [4] Prior to its second dissolution in 1972, the second district encompassed the provincial capital city, Batangas City, and the southern Batangas municipalities of Alitagtag, Bauan, Cuenca, Ibaan, Lobo, Mabini, San Juan, San Pascual, Taysan, and Tingloy.
