To find your spam folder in: Yahoo Mail: Click 'more' beneath your 'sent email' folder. AOL Mail: Scroll down right beneath 'IMs' and above 'trash.'
If you find any unexpected filters, check to see if your account may have been compromised. Search for them - Locate misplaced emails using our basic or advanced search options. Spam and Trash - These folders don't show in search results. Check them manually.
Open the Spam folder. Select the email. Click Restore to Inbox or Not Spam; Click Ok on the top toolbar to move the message into your inbox. Future messages from this sender will be delivered to the inbox.
