Wexford County Council had previously been based in an aging facility in Hill Street. [1] The new building, which was designed by Robin Lee Architecture, cost over €50 million to build. [2] It was officially opened by Brendan Howlin, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in 2011. [3] [4] It received a Civic Trust Award in 2012. [5]

Horetown (Irish: Baile an Hóraigh) [2] is a civil parish in County Wexford, Ireland. [3] Located approximately 17 km west of Wexford town , the townlands of Raheenduff ( An Ráithín Dubh ), Horetown North ( Baile an Hóraigh Thuaidh ) and Horetown South ( Baile an Hóraigh Theas ) are among the 10 townlands within the civil parish.
