Hard to say without knowing your regions. If you have Kandarin or Asgarnia then yes, very easy. Otherwise you're after a 1/20 drop from a Lobstrocity, which isn't really very hard but harder than picking the toad's legs off the floor. I'm having trouble completing a requirement in the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest. I'm stuck on the brother that requires the poison spear and agility potion. I gave him both the spear and the potion, and after the cut scene he says "perhaps another poison would be more effective".
Tai bwo wanna trio for ironmen has always been a nasty quest, if you burned the karambwan you needed a surprise 65 fishing. But ever since the mining and smithing rework it's been impossible to complete. To complete tai bwo wanna trio you need to give a steel spear to the eldest brother, so he can fight a big bad. Problem is, the steel spear.

Hello! I'm a level 3 ironman and I need to acquire a steel spear or better for the quest Tai Bwo Wanna. I'm trying to find a way that doesn't involve combat, but I can't think of any. So far, the only option I can think of is getting a rune spear from the mystery box from quizz random event, but that isn't very reliable.
In the wiki it tells you to: "cook a raw karambwan on a fire" -> "choose poison karambwan" -> "use your pestle and mortar on the poison karambwan". There is no guess work involved, the wiki gives you every single step required in the quest. i think one of the other brothers mentions him, or maybe it's the guy in the brimhaven pub who sells ...
