I've reset my 2FA on LogMeIn and LastPass / LastPass Authenticator and still nothing has changed. Also deleted all the apps, cleared cache and deleted all setting etc and reinstalled from scratch - no change. To be clear the 2FA is working - in that if I manually enter the codes, they are good and I can log in.

Hi @tiredtech , If you lose the phone associated with your GoToAssist Remote Support login, just re-install the app when you receive your new mobile device (assuming the phone number has not changed). If necessary you can also temporarily turn of 2-Factor Authentication through your online account until you have your new phone set up again.
