Compass is the system used by Commissioners, providers, and clinician's to access and administer their relevant NHS Dental Services information. It went live in February 2016. Commissioners, providers, and clinician's all have access to Compass although access levels will vary.

You must submit a Compass Authorisation Form (CAF) so they can approve the change. This form must be received within 7 days of the amendment. You must send your CAF forms to dentalcaf@nhsbsa.nhs.uk if your Integrated Care Board (ICB) is based in: London; Cheshire and Merseyside; East of England
If you're a Commissioner, contact the administrator who originally created your Compass account. If you're a member of practice staff, your practice provider who granted you access will be able to unlock your account.
To login to your Compass account firstly navigate to the login page. From here, you will be prompted for your username, password and three characters from you memorable word. Once you successfully enter your details, you will be directed to the home page.
You can search for a contract in the 'Contract' section on Compass. Location: Contract >> Contract Search One of the search criteria options is 'Contract Status', you must select one of the following six options: All - Select to view all of your contracts ; All Open - Select to view all your open contracts
