There are a few Expats that just might need the Philippine National ID card, one of our new Expats told me that the NBI, recent change, require two Philippine ID cards and he doesn't have two Philippine recognized ID cards in order to perform a clearance but he's still checking on this new requirement, currently he is working on his 13a Visa.

It is done either by a staff from Philippine Embassy or from Singapore Police Force. Once they're happy with the thumb prints, only then will they "certify" your application.
NBI Clearance Online Issue. Trying to fill in the Online form but when I click on "Apply For Clearance" it wants me to enter my ID. When I click on the drop down menu it only gives me these options: Does not allow me to select a Passport or ACR card like their powerpoint instructions show. Now I am stuck. :rant:

13a Probationary to Permanent conversion. So I just realized I need to get going on my conversion of 13a as the probationary was issued in July 2020. From what I can find it looks like I am repeating the entire process over again when I first applied, payments and all. On the checklist is the need for an NBI clearance.

Good Morning all ,, 5th Year Renewal ACRI Card How is the BI doing these days (heh heh). I am inquiring about renewing my ACRI Card 13A, permanent. 5 years ago it went of without a glich, but now some things have changed on the "BI" webpage.
