Ham & Hash Brown Casserole 1 16oz ham diced 2 pounds hash browns 1 egg 1 can creme celery soup 1 tsp rosemary 1 tsp white pepper 1 tbsp garlic 1 cup shredded cheese 1 tbsp vegetable oil And a real simple Ham & Stuffing, just dice the ham and fry, mix with a batch of stuffing, mash potatoes on the side. Real nice on a bitter blustery day.

I canned the freezer in the summer of 2020 when we were out of power for 8 days. Three days of canning and over 200 jars. The first thing I did when it became clear that the power outage was going to be more than 2 days was take the big roasts out of the fridge freezer that I know I'd cut down to can.

Keep the peltier plate atop the stove creating a solid 12 volts DC and it will power the aftermarket 12V hot water pump to cycle the hot water through the system. Heat the water on the stove pipe and lead it through the furnace fins first to then wind up heating the ammonia that cools the inside of the fridge/freezer.

11 ounces of basic Ed's Red. 2 ounces of 10%-20% industrial strength ammonia. 2 ounces of Rustlick WS-11 cutting oil or suitable alternative. 1 ounce of Murphy's Oil Soap. Mix the oil soap and ammonia in a separate container. In a suitable 1 pint container containing 11 ounces of Ed's Red, add the cutting oil and mix together.
