  2. Got a 1560 with only Khan Academy, here's my experience + tips

    www.reddit.com/r/Sat/comments/oj540s/got_a_1560_with_only_khan_academy_heres_my

My general studying strategy was setting the practice on Khan Academy to 10 questions a day (sometimes took less than the recommended 15 minutes), and doing whatever topics or mini-quizzes it recommended. I also made sure to read through the explanations for stuff I got wrong and made sure I knew why the correct answer was correct.

  3. Khan academy = ineffective : r/Sat - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/Sat/comments/1ckfczs/khan_academy_ineffective

Bruh no. It helps u get the core concepts but IMO u can't get past a 1350 with just Khan. If u look at the SAT suite of assessments bank, there are 3 types of questions: easy, med and hard. Khan academy questions align with the easy or med questions. There isn't a single Khan question that aligns with any of the hard ones.

  4. How reliable is Khan Academy for studying? : r/Sat - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/Sat/comments/18ywxbd/how_reliable_is_khan_academy_for_studying

As an educator, I thoroughly went over Khan Academy's Digital SAT material to get a full grasp on the new exam, and I think Khan Academy is extremely reliable and effective as long as you put in enough time and effort to fully digest its material. I advise relying on other resources only after you finish studying Khan Academy material first.

  5. Improvement after 2 weeks of khan academy : r/Sat - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/Sat/comments/wojm72/improvement_after_2_weeks_of_khan_academy

I say this to say practicing and grinding on khan academy actually works. I took an sat class and it didn’t improve my score one point after the first week. I was scared and took matters into my own hands and grinded khan academy for my first week: my score increased 120 points from one week.

  6. Khan academy vs College Board Suite of Questions : r/Sat - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/Sat/comments/1cwx4em/khan_academy_vs_college_board_suite_of...

For my sat, I only used the suite of questions to study for math. However, it was glitching yesterday so I used khan academy to teach her. However, while I was doing them, I found the questions to be a lot less manageable. They were doable, but I felt like questions on the actual test were a lot easier than the khan academy ones.

  7. khan academy users, are your scores on the real SAT higher ... -...

    www.reddit.com/r/Sat/comments/ic5jxx/khan_academy_users_are_your_scores_on_the...

For me, I found the real SAT to be a bit easier/more simple than most of the practice tests on Khan Academy. I think you should score the same or higher if you are well-rested and try to not be anxious on test day

  8. How accurate are the college board/Khan Academy SAT practice...

    www.reddit.com/r/Sat/comments/erc9qp/how_accurate_are_the_college_boardkhan...

Even though I completed a ton of practice tests from the college board, khan academy and other random resources, I still found the actual test to be different. What made a big difference for me was focusing on the strategy of each section and subsections within the test using the Erica meltzer books, college panda, 1600.io, Kahn academy skills ...

  9. Is Khan Academy really that good for studying for the SAT?... -...

    www.reddit.com/r/Sat/comments/gcadvf/is_khan_academy_really_that_good_for...

I’m yet to take the sat, but I can tell you than khan academy has helped me improve a ton. My psat score was a 1250 and I’ve increased my practice test scores to a 1450 using khan academy. I hope through the next 4 months to get up into a 1550 (and I think I should be able to). Remember though that no way of studying is perfect.

  10. Is KhanAcademy enough for the SAT math? : r/Sat - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/Sat/comments/miiq6d/is_khanacademy_enough_for_the_sat_math

Honestly, Khan Academy's questions are the closest to real SAT tests, HOWEVER, they do omit some very important concepts. For example, it wasn't until 1 month before my test date that I discovered an exercise about the central angle theorem while doing some practice on uWorld, a concept that I met again while studying on the College Panda book ...

  11. Is Khan Academy SAT Prep any good? : r/Sat - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/Sat/comments/ny14yk/is_khan_academy_sat_prep_any_good

On Khan Academy you dont find "add/delete/revise" question types. And you know what? About 12 questions of 44 in writing come from this question type. So Erica Meltzer SAT grammar is your best friend. Reading: I havent read Erica Meltzer. Neither I havent really practiced it on Khan Academy. My score is not the best, but pretty good(700/800).
