I'm wondering why the 1/4c diamond ring form Kay's is more expsenive than the 1/2c diamond ring from Walmart? Am I just paying for the "name" at Kay's? Or are Kay's rings better quality than Walmart. I read both websites and it seems that the clarity, color, cut, etc. is the same for both rings, just that the Walmart ring is bigger and cheaper?

Boil some water on the stove and place a veggie stemer on top and place your jewelry in the steamer and let it steam for about 20 minutes.

Is it lab-grown? Is there any Walmart or third-party documentation for the center stone? I will say this: if it was sold to you with only a "total-carat-weight" description, I would return it immediately, do a little reading, and then buy something else when you are better prepared. This is not the way quality jewelry is sold.
imo Tiffany is more like Louis Vuitton, like everyone has them now and it's so mainstream. It may not be the Walmart of jewelry, but it's probably the Dillards to VC&A's Neimans. I mean. I am thinking about getting between 0.7-1.0 carat and I am unsure whether the 1 carat is too gaudy. I would get it on whiteflash in a tiffany setting. edited to comply with rules! :)
The only jewelry I wear at the beach is earrings. I don’t want all the sunblock and sand gunking up my rings regardless of what stones are in them. I managed to ruin 2 Gurhan Skittles rings a couple years ago…in a pool at a resort.
