Matrix Toolkit Java (MTJ) is an open-source Java software library for performing numerical linear algebra. The library contains a full set of standard linear algebra operations for dense matrices based on BLAS and LAPACK code. Partial set of sparse operations is provided through the Templates project.
EJML is free, written in 100% Java and has been released under an Apache v2.0 license. EJML has three distinct ways to interact with it: 1) Procedural, 2) SimpleMatrix, and 3) Equations. The procedural style provides all capabilities of EJML and almost complete control over matrix creation, speed, and specific algorithms.
It can be shown that if is a pseudo-random number generator for the uniform distribution on (,) and if is the CDF of some given probability distribution , then is a pseudo-random number generator for , where : (,) is the percentile of , i.e. ():= {: ()}. Intuitively, an arbitrary distribution can be simulated from a simulation of the standard ...
gperf is an open source C and C++ perfect hash generator (very fast, but only works for small sets) Minimal Perfect Hashing (bob algorithm) by Bob Jenkins; cmph: C Minimal Perfect Hashing Library, open source implementations for many (minimal) perfect hashes (works for big sets) Sux4J: open source monotone minimal perfect hashing in Java
The below code demonstrates the pmap function's parallelization for matrix multiplication. # import pmap and random from JAX; import JAX NumPy from jax import pmap , random import jax.numpy as jnp # generate 2 random matrices of dimensions 5000 x 6000, one per device random_keys = random . split ( random .
then resemblance to rows 1, 2, and 4 of the code generator matrix (G) below will also be evident. So, by picking the parity bit coverage correctly, all errors with a Hamming distance of 1 can be detected and corrected, which is the point of using a Hamming code.
jblas is a linear algebra library, created by Mikio Braun, for the Java programming language built upon BLAS and LAPACK. Unlike most other Java linear algebra libraries, jblas is designed to be used with native code through the Java Native Interface and comes with precompiled binaries. When used on one of the targeted architectures, it will ...
Java persistence solution addressing relational, XML, and database web services. EHCache: Ehcache is an open source, standards-based cache that boosts performance, offloads your database, and simplifies scalability.
