Troy Matthew Deeney (born 29 June 1988) is an English professional footballer who plays as a striker. He was most recently player-manager of Forest Green Rovers. Deeney started his professional career at Walsall. He spent a brief spell on loan with Southern League Premier Division club Halesowen Town during the 2006–07 season.
