Guillermo Lorenzo Tolentino Eleazar (Tagalog pronunciation: [ʔɛljaˈzaɾ]; born November 13, 1965) is a Filipino retired police officer who served as Chief of the Philippine National Police from May to November 2021. He was also the Deputy Chief of Administration in PNP.
He served at NCRPO director until 2005, when he was re-assigned at PNP Directorial Staff and promoted to 3-star rank.
