Malton Corn Exchange. Dates from 1845 when it was built as the corn exchange. However, it never appears to have fulfilled its original role, being too far from the livestock market. In 1914 it became the Exchange Cinema and was improved and upgraded as the Palace Theatre Cinema in the 1930s.
