State Route 163 (SR 163) is a 46.24-mile (74.42 km) long east–west state highway in the northwestern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio.The western terminus of SR 163 is at a T-intersection with the duplex of U.S. Route 20 (US 20) and US 23 approximately 6 miles (9.7 km) southeast of the city limits of Perrysburg.

In 1969, State Route 53 was routed along the State Route 2 bypass with an interchange approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) south of its split with State Route 163.

The Ohio River Water Trail was conceived and developed by Dr. Vincent Troia, Executive Director of the Ohio River Trail Council. In the summer of 1955, the boat was given to the Ohio Historical Society for exhibit at the Ohio River Museum in Marietta, Ohio. W. P. Snyder Jr. was the last steamboat locking through Lock 1, on the Muskingum River, before that lock was removed. She arrived in Marietta, Ohio, with Captain Fred Way Jr. as master on 16 September 1955.
