Friends (Music from the TV Series) was an album released by WEA in 1995 featuring songs from the TV sitcom Friends. The songs were not originals written for the series, but were tracks either used directly in the show or "inspired by" the show. The album also featured small samples of spoken dialogue from the show's first season.
Mahalini was born into an ethnic Balinese and Hindu family, then she converted to Islam before marrying Rizky Febian. [6] Mahalini started participating in local singing competitions during junior high school. The title track "Music and Friends" is a classic in Newfoundland culture. [citation needed] Two of the band's most popular tracks come from this album: "Music and Friends" and "Some Shocking Good". [1] The album is noted to be an "anniversary" album issued to commemorate the band's tenth anniversary.
To date, this album is the only album to have "Prostye Dvizheniya". "Ne Ver, Ne Boysia, Ne Prosi" was released as a single as well. The song was used for the Eurovision Song Contest in 2003. The group represented Russia in Riga, Latvia. The group were placed third. A music video was released on their official YouTube account. [1]
"Paris" is the second single by Friendly Fires taken from the band's self-titled debut album Friendly Fires. The song features backing vocals from the members of the American indie pop trio Au Revoir Simone, and samples the song "Sun and Ice" from the album From Here We Go Sublime by The Field.
