The Ontario Peninsula is the southernmost part of the province of Ontario and of Canada as a whole. It is bounded by Lake Huron to the west, Lake Ontario to the east, and Lake Erie to the south. At its tip, the peninsula is separated from Michigan by the Detroit River , the St. Clair River , and Lake St. Clair .
The northernmost point of the Canadian mainland is Zenith Point on Boothia Peninsula, Nunavut The southernmost point is Middle Island , in Lake Erie , Ontario (41°41′N 82°40′W); the southernmost water point lies just south of the island, on the Ontario– Ohio border (41°40′35″N).

The Bruce Peninsula is a peninsula in Ontario, Canada, that divides Georgian Bay of Lake Huron from the lake's main basin. The peninsula extends roughly northwestwards from the rest of Southwestern Ontario, pointing towards Manitoulin Island, with which it forms the widest strait joining Georgian Bay to the rest of Lake Huron.
