Cincinnatus Historic District is a historic district in Cincinnatus, New York that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. [ 2 ] It consists of 14 properties with 27 contributing structures dating from c.1830 to 1930: a former church, a library, and 12 residences, plus related outbuildings.

Glenn David Lowry (born September 28, 1954) [1] is an American art historian and director of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York City since 1995. His initiatives there include strengthening MoMA's contemporary art program, significantly developing the collection holdings in all media, and guiding two major campaigns for the renovation, expansion, and endowment of the museum. He received a one-man show at the Museum of Modern Art in 1943. [2] The show occasioned some negative criticism; Art Digest referred to Hirshfield as "The Master of Two Left Feet", [5] and the bad press the show received figured into the demotion of MoMA's director, Alfred H. Barr Jr. [3] Hirshfield died in New York City in 1946. [1]
