Singapore Expo (stylised as Singapore EXPO) is the largest convention and exhibition venue in Singapore with over 100,000 square metres of column-free, indoor space spread over 10 halls. The center was designed by Cox Richardson Rayner , built by PSA International , and funded by the Ministry of Trade and Industry .

Changi Exhibition Centre was originally purpose-built in 1988 to host the Asian Aerospace, an event which was held in Singapore. [1] However, in 2007, disagreements with co-show organiser Reed Exhibitions led to Asian Aerospace pulling out. A separate company, Experia Events Pte Ltd, was formed to take ownership of Changi Exhibition Centre.

From 1979 to 1999 the show was a biennial event. It was held at the World Trade Centre, Singapore, from 1979 up until it moved to Suntec for the 1996 and 1998 shows. In 1999 CommunicAsia was held at Singapore Expo , where it continued to be hosted up until 2010.
