Which will take you to wherever your default themes are saved. And there you can access the folders containing the pictures for each theme and add/delete and so forth. i hope helps you

Basically, I got Windows 10 and started to costumize it right away. I downloaded a few themes (from the microsoft website), then I opened the files that I downloaded and I got the themes. The themes of background images are stored in: C: \ Users \ UserName \ AppData \ Local \ Windows \ Themes To access them you must have activated the option Show files, folders and hidden units in Folder options. Each theme creates its own subfolder, in which there is a subfolder with the name DesktopBackground.
I’m having the same issue and NO I don’t see that. I just upgraded to windows 11. Layout is a little different. I see themes, but when I click it I don’t see a check box to sync theme. There is a toggle that shows synced themes and I don’t see what I want to sync. Shouldn’t it sync automatically? It did before I upgraded
Actually windows 10 doesn't included any of their classic themes along with them. Approaching third party software will solve your concern. Or you can customize windows 10 to a point where it will look like classic theme. You can follow the instructions from this page and picking a high contrast theme along with it will make a good old classic ...
Any other Themes that a user downloads and installs are placed in the below path: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes folder. To get the particular Desktop background access the same above path and check for the Theme folder: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes \Theme-name folder\desktopbackground\
Thats where you will find your themes now in individual folders. If you want to pick and choose a selection of pictures as your theme, do this. Open one of theme folders, open DesktopBackground folder.
