At least Branded tells us immediately, although in the past I have fully completed surveys for them and THEN get the "survey full" pop up. I could see some companies doing that but I feel it's an awful approach, they could yeah not pay members and gain short term but long term they will end up losing a lot of members who will either find other ...
I think Branded Surveys can be summed up by a recent experience I had with them. I was taking a survey for 95pts and had answered 49/70 questions and it then told me that they were looking for a different profile. I don't know why but I did contact customer service (I very rarely do thrse days as it is pointless).
Branded Surveys are fast falling out of favour with me. Think I will downgrade the positive review I gave them. Think I will downgrade the positive review I gave them. Soon after you reach their gold stranded they start messing you around with your points, today they deducted over 100 points for survey I didn't do - very angry
My Redeem button would not work, but, Branded Surveys Support e-mailed me with 3 things to try and I got it going again. Try clearing cookies, using a different browser, or logging off/logging on again (or all 3). Like many of you, I get automatically logged on when I click on an email survey off...
I've always had surveys to try. I may not be a match and wouldn't get any points, but there were always surveys to try. In the past few days, there aren't any surveys, even when I try various times during the day and even if I immediately reply to Branded Surveys emails that there are surveys available. Sometimes a couple of surveys will appear ...
Branded just turned off the user forum and ignores support questions. I mostly just did the daily survey and an occasional short duration survey. Too many of the longer surveys had late screen outs. I did learn some interesting facts from the daily surveys. Like, Branded Surveys panelists are insular. Meaning most of the panelists don't do any ...
Likely, that client was scrubbing surveys to get results that supported a bias. You can't win at that. Because of the golden rule, those that have the gold make the rules:) You can find the refusal in your branded survey history, it could have been months ago and have to page into the history many times to find the kick back.
I just did two surveys on Branded, and several mini surveys that were worth five points. I also got some points for not being able to complete a few surveys. I got the one where you have to log into your Google account. That one was worth 95 points, but I passed on that one.
There are surveys that are very complex, to ferret out the low quality panelists and I spot those too. Branded is not using these complex surveys and is just making my survey experience difficult. So I've gone back to just doing the dailies and TV surveys, not waste any more time and instead complete surveys with panels that respect their ...
"Thank you for reaching out to Branded Surveys regarding your account. We aim to ensure our community is full of attentive panelists who are able to dedicate their time to answering surveys with honesty and care. Through a thorough review, your account has been suspended." I don't know WTF they're talking about; I always answer surveys honestly.
