I tried following the help page for reasons the camera might not work, but it doesn't even show that there is one, even though there clearly is a camera on the top of the laptop. It won't show on device manager, I have the privacy settings updated to allow the camera to work on the camera app but it still is not working. Please help!!!!

The camera on my Dell Latitude 7380 (recently formatted) is not working. The camera is not listed anywhere under "Device Manager" All other drivers are working and up to date. The laptop firmware reports the camera is there and working, but once in windows it says not camera detected, and device manager does not show a camera. Dell 7390. Windows 10 v1909 O/S and Drivers updated. SFC completed, updated O/S, and dell drivers updated. Dell Diagnostics report no no issues and that camera is working
If we contact Dell they ask us to install Dell webcam central that doesn't have to do anything with driver( I don't know what kind of tech support they have). If there is no driver Dell webcam central won't do anything. I don't exactly know how it goes but If windows update installs the driver that means driver exists.
