Add the setup & game's folder & also your Windows temp folder to ur Antivirus exclusion. [Remove temp folder from exclusion, after installation] Install in another HDD or Drive (& Not Drive C).

Downloading the ISArcExtract.dll file didn't work out for me. Upon reading this, I renamed the D: hdd (which was 3 words long), and moved the repack files and the installation path to a new file on the hdd. Thanks brotha, here's one hoping it's smooth sailing from there !
