The websites I use: animepahe.com - HD Anime, some ads, Louder sound than other websites. Usually use in loud places or while travelling. However, right now this is my goto website at home too. 9anime.to - HD Website with ads. Use adblocker and this website is golden. Only downside is the interface is disappointing for the best stream (Mp4Upload).
Edit 2: Brave browser is now supported by Aniwatch.to. Vidstreaming server seems to work now. Watch progression has been wiped out. Watch history remains the same. Watch list still remains the same. Login credentials seem to be working as well. In summary, the site is back up and running. You can now watch your preferred anime without any problems.

AniWatch is being rebranded to HiAnime. H anime 🤣🤣🤣. I'm guessing there doing this because the government was starting to get suspicious of anitwatch. God DAMMIT! Whenever I try to do anything on the new site, I get redirected to a scam or spam site .There is NO WAY to search for anything in there.
Some people put their downloaded shows through AI upscaling and frame interpolation before watching them, effectively creating 4k60 footage out of anime that wasn't made that way in the first place; some people consider that to be 'heresy' and against the vision of the artist, to me it's just too much effort and energy to do that for every show ...
Technically no pirate site is safe with how many times you get rerouted without an adblocker. I wouldn’t trust aniwatch with a 10’ pole atm idk why they needed to switch ads from what zoro was doing but now they circumvent my ad block which is a huge turn off. I’m exploring new options now.
Before using it to download the episode, go on the settings of the video and turn the quality to 1080p and then download the video. But, if you download an episode from aniwatch using the extension, it won't download the subtitles too.
