The Solution. The only way you can get Windows 10 to recognize your device is to put it in real (legacy) pairing mode first. I have a workaround. Go to Bluetooth & other devices. Add Bluetooth or other device. Select Bluetooth. Select the device. Approve on the other device if needed. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site.
