Walter Francis Sullivan (June 10, 1928 – December 11, 2012) was an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as the eleventh bishop of the Diocese of Richmond in Virginia from 1974 to 2003. Sullivan served as an auxiliary bishop of the same diocese from 1970 to 1974.
St. Isidore Catholic Church, is a historic church in Los Alamitos, California. It is the oldest building in the city and one of the oldest in Orange County, being built in 1933. It has not held services since 1999, and is planned to be a part of an upcoming community center. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

It was elevated to a cathedral when the northern counties of Virginia split from the Diocese of Richmond to form the Diocese of Arlington and the first bishop was installed on August 13, 1974.
