Del Sol Academy of the Performing Arts, commonly known as Del Sol High School, is a nine-month public high school in Las Vegas, Nevada and is part of the Clark County School District. Del Sol was one of three schools (including Canyon Springs and Spring Valley ) to open in Fall 2004. [ 3 ]
The fall 2007 semester saw the group as strong as ever, with 45 auditionees. For the first time, new members had arrived at USC with knowledge of the group and the intent to audition. The Foothill High School Varsity Dance Team has won the Nevada 4A State Dance Championships four times in the past four years and also placed 14th in the national championship. The Dance Awards (TDA) is a national dance competition that collaborates with JUMP, Nuvo, and 24 Seven Dance, [1] produced by Break the Floor. The Dance Awards was first held in 2011 in New York City, where it continued to be held annually in 2012 and 2013. In 2014, the competition expanded to two locations, Las Vegas and New York City.
