Eastland Mall is a regional shopping mall located on North Green River Road in Evansville, Indiana. It is operated by the Macerich, a group which owns and develops malls around the United States. The mall has 130 specialty stores, three department stores, and a food court with a variety of fast food eateries and a TGI Fridays restaurant.
Facing even more department store consolidation, L. S. Ayres closed in January 1992. The location was converted into a Dayton, Ohio–based Elder-Beerman, which held its grand opening in October 1993. This store was shuttered in December 2000, as Elder-Beerman said the mall "lacks a strong tenant base". [2]

It is home to the Evansville Thunderbolts minor league hockey team in the SPHL and the Evansville Purple Aces men's basketball team, representing the University of Evansville. The UE women's basketball team also played at Ford Center from the venue's opening, but moved its home games back to its campus starting with the 2017–18 season.
Notable buildings include the West Branch Carnegie Library (1912), Laval Block, Heldt-Voelker Hardware Store (1890), First Federal Savings, Gerke Building, August Rosenberger House (1894), and St. Boniface Church (1882, 1902). [2] It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. [1]
