The Yuanshen Sports Centre Stadium (simplified Chinese: 源深体育中心体育场; traditional Chinese: 源深體育中心體育場) is a multi-purpose stadium in Shanghai. It is currently used mostly for association football matches. The stadium has a maximum seating capacity for 16,000 spectators. [1]
Yuanshen Sports Center [nb 1] [1] (simplified Chinese: 源深体育中心; traditional Chinese: 源深體育中心; pinyin: Yuánshēn Tǐyùzhōngxīn) is a station on Line 6 of the Shanghai Metro. [2] It began services on December 29, 2007. It is underground with side platforms, sandwiched between two interchange stations on Line 6.
In 2004, the club was moved to Yuanshen Sports Centre Stadium, Shanghai and became Shanghai United. The club ceased to exist when it was merged with (de facto absorbed into) city rival Shanghai Shenhua in 2007. Shanxi Jiayi was established on October 8, 2011. [4]
