The Tianjin Library (simplified Chinese: 天津图书馆; traditional Chinese: 天津圖書館) is a provincial-level public library [2] located in the Hexi District of Tianjin City. Established in 1908, it is one of the first provincial public libraries in China .
It is a national comprehensive maritime museum jointly established and managed by the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of China and the Tianjin Municipal People's Government. It is a public cultural institution under the Binhai New Area People's Government, integrating collection, display, research, and education.
