He is the head football coach at Riverside City College in Riverside, California, a position he has held since 2010.Craft served as the head football coach at San Diego State University from 2002 to 2005 and for two stints at Palomar College in San Marcos, California, from 1983 to 1993 and 1997 to 2001.
Bala got his first coaching job in 2009 as the linebackers coach for Snow College. [1] In 2011, Bala was hired by Palomar College to be the team's defensive coordinator. [ 2 ] In 2014, Bala joined the Oakland Raiders as a linebackers coach and special teams intern, where after one season he returned to Palomar. [ 3 ]

He played football for Palomar College, a junior college, from 1992 to 1993, where he amassed 21 wins. In 1993, he led Palomar to the National Junior College championship and a perfect 11–0 record, and was named a first-team All-American by the Junior College Athletic Bureau. [ 1 ]
Rather than sit out for a year at a four-year school, Hall decided to enroll at Palomar College, a junior college and thus two-year institution, in 1997. [4] He was 280 pounds upon joining Palomar, [3] but near the end of his first football season "got bored" and began eating, going up to 290 pounds for the team's bowl game. [4]
Cash played college football at the University of Southern California and graduated in 2002. He was All-Pac-10 second-team as a senior for the USC Trojans. [2]He transferred to USC from Palomar College in San Marcos, California. [3]
