Bridgnorth Rugby Club is an English rugby union club based in Bridgnorth, Shropshire. The first XV team currently play in Regional 1 Midlands , having reached the national levels of the sport for the first time in 2016 following back-to-back promotions.
A Bridgnorth Town existed in the 19th century, joining the Shropshire & District League in 1899. [1] Another club by the same name was formed in July 1938 and joined the Worcestershire Combination for the 1938–39 season. [2] However, the club folded after one season due to the outbreak of World War II.

They won the championship of the West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division in 2008. Affiliated to the club was the junior section known as "Bridgnorth Town Juniors".
