Crescent Beach is an unincorporated census-designated place in St. Johns County, Florida, United States. The population was 844 at the 2020 census , down from 931 at the 2010 census . [ 4 ] It is part of the Jacksonville, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area .
State Road 206 (SR 206) is a 14.5-mile-long (23.3 km) 2-lane-wide, state highway completely within St. Johns County in the northeastern part of the U.S. state of Florida. It extends from SR 207 south-southwest of Spuds to SR A1A in Crescent Beach , two blocks west of the Atlantic Ocean .

Ponte Vedra Beach is a wealthy unincorporated community and suburb of Jacksonville, Florida in St. Johns County, Florida, United States.Located in the Jacksonville metropolitan area, 18 miles (29 km) southeast of downtown Jacksonville and 26 miles (42 km) north of St. Augustine, it is part of the Jacksonville Beaches area, and is situated on San Pablo Island.

The ornate Crescent Beach Hotel was built there in the 1890s. After it burnt to the ground in 1973, then-owners Joe and Gloria Barry built the restaurant, adding Victorian-style gardens.
The 4,699-acre (19 km 2) forest is located in northeastern Florida, near St. Augustine, though it is closer to Crescent Beach. Matanzas State Forest is bordered approximately by U.S. 1 to the west, State Road 206 to the north, the Matanzas River to the east, and the Faver-Dykes State Park to the south.
