The 2023 F1 Academy was a motor racing championship that was the inaugural season of the F1 Academy, an all-female Formula 4-level racing series founded and organized under the management of Formula Motorsport Limited. [1]

On February 3, 2023, Bustamante was confirmed as the second driver to compete in the newly launched all-female F1 Academy series with Prema Racing. [ 5 ] Bustamante finished 3rd in the series' first race at the Red Bull Ring , but was promoted to P2 following the disqualification of Nerea Martí . [ 6 ]

Each car is powered by a 165-horsepower turbocharged 4-cylinder engine developed by Autotecnica. [1] For the 2024 season, all 10 Formula One teams support one driver and have their livery on that driver's car.
