Nepali, English. Website. trichandracampus.edu.np. Tri-Chandra Multiple Campus (Nepali: त्रि-चन्द्र बहुमुखी क्याम्पस) is a constituent campus of Tribhuvan University located in Ghantaghar, Kathmandu. Founded in 1918 by Chandra Shumsher, it is the oldest institute of higher learning in Nepal.
The term Multiple refers to the several courses of various disciplines. The campus was established in 2011 BS. It was initially founded with the initiation of local education lovers, businessmen, politicians and the community. It became a part of Tribhuvan University in 1973 B.S. This campus is second oldest to Tri-Chandra College.

In 1960, Nepal Bhasa students at Tri-Chandra College in Kathmandu launched an annual magazine named Jah (ज:) (meaning "light" in Nepal Bhasa) after the college magazine Light refused to include Nepal Bhasa articles in it. The magazine led to the organization of students interested in Nepal Bhasa in the college.
