The 2023 F4 Chinese Championship (Shell Helix FIA F4 Chinese Championship) was the ninth season of the F4 Chinese Championship. It began on 19 May at Zhuhai International Circuit and ended on 19 November at Ningbo International Circuit .
The 2023 Formula 4 South East Asia Championship was the fifth season of the Formula 4 South East Asia Championship and the first one since 2019. Top Speed was appointed as the new organizer and promoter as the series switched to the Tatuus F4-T421 car, the Abarth engine and the Giti tires.

The Chengdu Tianfu International Circuit opened in December 2023 when it hosted the season finale of the China Endurance Championship. The circuit is homologated with FIA Grade 2 status. [2] [3] It was supposed to host the fourth and penultimate round of the 2023 F4 Chinese Championship, but it was relocated to the Zhuhai International Circuit. [4]
