Ralph Hermann (February 9, 1914 – July 28, 1994) was an American composer and conductor. He also used the pseudonym Richard Hale. He also used the pseudonym Richard Hale. Hermann worked as head of the music department of the American Broadcasting Company (ABC) since 1952 until his retirement in 1971.
On 1 July 2013, he became the orchestra's principal conductor, with an initial contract of 4 years. In September 2015, the orchestra extended his contract through 2020. [ 4 ] Martín had been scheduled to conclude his tenure as chief conductor of the Gävle Symphony Orchestra at the close of the 2020-2021 season.
