Waylon Arnold Jennings (June 15, 1937 – February 13, 2002) was an American singer, songwriter, musician, and actor. He is considered one of the pioneers of the outlaw movement in country music . Jennings started playing guitar at age eight and performed at fourteen on KVOW radio, after which he formed his first band, the Texas Longhorns.

Revelation is the third studio album by American country music artist Joe Nichols. It was released on June 29, 2004 by Universal South Records . It produced two singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts: "If Nobody Believed in You" at number 10 and "What's a Guy Gotta Do" at number 4.

The Waylors, later Waymore's Outlaws, is a country music band, best known as the backing and recording band of country music singer Waylon Jennings.Jennings formed the band in 1961, consisting of Jerry Gropp on the guitar and Richie Albright on the drums after moving to Phoenix, Arizona.
The band continued to tour into the late 1990s, before Jennings and Cash both started to decline in health, which prevented them from maintaining a full touring schedule. All four continued to perform as solo artists, with Jennings briefly joining another country supergroup, Old Dogs; Jennings died in 2002, and Cash died in 2003.
Jennings relied on covers heavily for Music Man, which may have been an indication of his dampened creativity due to years of touring, recording, and drug abuse. In addition to Cale, he also covers songs by Kenny Rogers , whose 1979 album Kenny had kept Waylon's previous album out of the #1 spot, and Jimmy Buffett .
Ol' Waylon is a studio album by American country music artist Waylon Jennings. [1] It was released on RCA Victor in 1977 . It eventually became one of Jennings' highest-selling albums, due in no small part to the phenomenal success of the chart-topping " Luckenbach, Texas (Back to the Basics of Love) ."
