  3. Nikon D7500 Review & Sample Images by Ken Rockwell

    www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/d7500.htm

The Nikon D7500 has the image sensor, light meter and processor of the top-of-the-line DX Nikon D500 and keeps the D7200's body, mode dial and AF system, and adds Bluetooth, 4K video and a flipping touch LCD to it.

  4. Nikon Lens Reviews & Sample Image Files by Ken Rockwell

Nikon develops newer, better zooms every month. The 17 - 35 AF is a better lens than the 20 mm f/4 AI below, but it costs and weighs ten times as much. I don't suggest any manual focus zooms since they are also 30 year old designs and usually inferior to even the cheapest new AF zooms today.

  5. Nikon Z6 III Review & Sample Images by Ken Rockwell

    www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/z/z6-iii.htm

Of course we all have different needs; see my reviews of all Nikon Z lenses. Get your Z6 II as a kit with the excellent Nikon Z 24-70mm f/4 S for day-to-day use. It's super sharp, small and compact — but I find 70mm way too short for half my photos.

    www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/z/zf.htm

The Nikon Zf is a stylish and technically advanced camera, however it's not as easy to use for actual photography because as I've explained at my Introduction it's designed more for style than utility. Autofocus performance top

  8. Nikon Z5 Review & Sample Images by Ken Rockwell

    www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/mirrorless/z5.htm

The Nikon Z5 is a great little camera. I prefer its controls and ergonomics to those of the Z6 II and Z7 II, and its image quality is the same (megapixels are only for marketing purposes 97% of the time). So long as you're not shooting sports or action, this is Nikon's best mirrorless camera.

  9. Nikon Z8 Review by Ken Rockwell

    www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/z/z8.htm

The Nikon Z8 is Nikon's top-of-the-line Z9 minus the huge battery and integral vertical grip to make it smaller, lighter and less expensive — while retaining the same sensor, resolution, frame rates, high ISO performance, finder, AF system, one-touch voice-note recorder, LCD, menu system and just about everything else about the Z9, making ...

  10. Nikon Z6 Review & Sample Images by Ken Rockwell

    www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/mirrorless/z6.htm

The Nikon Z6, along with its higher-resolution sister the Nikon Z7, has the same great Nikon feel, handling and image quality we've all come to love — except now in mirrorless form! The Z6 has all the usual Nikon controls in the usual places.

  11. Nikon Z7 II Review & Sample Images by Ken Rockwell

    www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/mirrorless/z7-ii.htm

Nikon Z7 II. bigger. The Z7 II uses the Nikon Z mount optimized for Nikon's Z-mount mirrorless lenses. It has a 55mm inner diameter, larger than the old F mount, and has a flange focal distance of only 16.00mm. This is the shortest distance between flange and sensor of any pro camera: Sony E is 18.00mm, Fuji X is 17.70mm.
