Hagerstown Community College (HCC) is a public community college in Hagerstown, Maryland. It was founded in 1946 as Maryland’s first community college. The campus encompassed eighteen buildings on 319 acres (129 ha). The college hosts a business incubator, outdoor gardens, and an amphitheater.

The HCC Library is located in the center of campus. Also in the center of the campus is the Chesapeake Center which hosts the "Chesapeake Gallery", a collection of artwork from emerging and established artists as well as students and faculty, as well the "Chesapeake Theater", a theater venue utilized by the "Phoenix Festival Theater Company".
The HCC Central Campus is located in Midtown Houston. It is located on the grounds of the former San Jacinto High School and is the flagship campus of HCCS. The campus opened in the 1980s after HCC purchased the school grounds from Houston Independent School District .
HCC was one of the last community colleges to be created in Florida, founded in 1968. Only Pasco–Hernando State College, out of the 28-school Florida community college system, was founded later. In January 2008 the school opened its first residence hall, Hawk's Landing, named after the school mascot.
