Bridging Simulation Laboratory — Located at Selfridge Air National Guard base, this facility features computer-controlled load test areas with automated data acquisition capability for structural testing of bridging systems. Laboratory capabilities include static and dynamic structural load application for structural and fatigue testing.
G1 Jockey 4 is a horse racing simulator published by Koei for the PlayStation 2 in Japan. A Wii version called G1 Jockey Wii of the game was released in June 2007. It received mildly favorable reviews, including a 7/10 from Eurogamer and a 6.9 from IGN .
Mounted Warfare TestBed (MWTB) at Fort Knox, Kentucky, was the premier site for distributed simulation experiments in the US Army for over 20 years. It used simulation systems, including fully manned virtual simulators and computer-generated forces, to perform experiments that examined current and future weapon systems, concepts, and tactics.
The three questions referred to the Enlarged Board of Appeal are: "In the assessment of inventive step, can the computer-implemented simulation of a technical system or process solve a technical problem by producing a technical effect which goes beyond the simulation's implementation on a computer, if the computer-implemented simulation is claimed as such?
HIL simulation must include electrical emulation of sensors and actuators. These electrical emulations act as the interface between the plant simulation and the embedded system under test. The value of each electrically emulated sensor is controlled by the plant simulation and is read by the embedded system under test (feedback).
The General Dynamics X-62 VISTA ("Variable Stability In-flight Simulator Test Aircraft") [2] is an experimental aircraft, derived from the F-16D Fighting Falcon, which was modified as a joint venture between General Dynamics and Calspan for use by the United States Air Force (USAF).
Issues, quality, and performance indicators of direct-drive wheels, and of sim racing wheels in general, include detail and fidelity of force feedback, smooth torque transmission, nearly-zero backlash, rotary encoder resolution, clipping, dynamic range, torque ripple, [2] cogging torque, [10] drivers and digital signal processing with control electronics, [2] [11] signal filtering, [8 ...
Operation Mosaic was a series of two British nuclear tests, called G1 and G2, conducted in the Montebello Islands in Western Australia on 16 May and 19 June 1956. These tests followed the Operation Totem series and preceded the Operation Buffalo series. The second test in the series, G2, was the largest ever conducted in Australia.
