Respectfully I'll just say that the reason he was not credited was because he didn't write Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' okay so he wrote "Mama say Mama sa Mamacusa", a lot of artist use phrases, lyrics, and even music from other songs, and the original artist is not credited for the song.
