Deer Park High School, located in Deer Park, Texas is a high school serving students from grades 9-12 as part of the Deer Park Independent School District.The school consists of 3 separate campuses: Deer Park High School North Campus (Grade 9), Deer Park High School South Campus (Grades 10-12) and Deer Park High School Wolters Campus, an alternative high school.
The school district is traceable to 1922, when a single elementary facility opened on Deer Park's Center Street along Highway 225. [1] In 1929, the small school (approximately 30 students) was greatly expanded, and additional facilities were created in neighboring areas. [1] The district was officially formed for the school year of 1930.
The maritime campus is located in La Porte. The college opened its fifth campus at Generation Park in Houston in 2020. There are two extension centers in Webster, one at Clear Lake High School, two in Galena Park and one in Pasadena. [6] San Jacinto College opened its fifth main campus, Generation Park, on August 1, 2020.

Lake Zurich competes in the North Suburban Conference and is a member of the Illinois High School Association (IHSA). The school's teams are stylized Bears. The school has won 4 IHSA state championships, one in football (2007–08), one in cheerleading (2010–11) and the dance team has won two back to back state championships (2018/2019).
It is part of the La Porte Independent School District. The school serves the cities of La Porte, Morgan's Point, and Shoreacres, as well as a small portion of Pasadena and of Deer Park. [2] After 1946 the school moved into a new campus built on the same location, until 1959 when it relocated into a new campus built nearby.
Deer Park has been known for several smaller and less destructive tornadoes in its past, but on January 24, 2023, a large EF3 tornado hit downtown Deer Park. A fourth school building, the Howard Elementary School, is currently the home of the Deer Park Board of Education. Beginning in 1826 in a one-room school house, current enrollment in the Deer Park City Schools is approximately 1,500 students.
